Hello, I'm Nisha. I'm a fully qualified nutritional therapist, based in Harpenden. I am passionate about helping to guide women through a smooth transition into menopause.  

Whether it's 
hot flashes, night sweats, muscle aches, insomnia, mood swings, brain fog, depression, vaginal dryness, low sex drive or all of the above. Nutrition and lifestyle can play a big role in how menopausal symptoms play out.

I strive to empower women to take control of their bodies with tools and techniques that have been proven to improve perimenopausal symptoms.

My name is Nisha. I'm a qualified nutritional therapis in Harpenden, working with women reaching their perimenopause. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and guiding women through this turbulent time.


Nutritional therapy is a gentle and natural approach to supporting a range of health conditions, not just related to the gut. 


As a minmum, I work with my clients for 6 weeks. We work together to build a picture of your health history and create a path to a happier you.
