How to Book Your Medichecks Blood Test Appointment in Harpenden

If you have purchased a Medichecks blood test and selected Forty Plus Nutrition in Harpenden as your blood draw clinic, follow the steps below to book your appointment.

Step 1: Purchase Your Medichecks Blood Test

Visit Medichecks and choose the blood test that best meets your needs.

When ordering, select:

Clinic Blood Draw (Venous Sample)

During checkout, choose Forty Plus Nutrition, Harpenden as your preferred clinic location.

Medichecks will process your order and prepare your blood collection kit.

Step 2: Receive Your Blood Test Kit

Medichecks will send your venous blood collection kit directly to your home address.

Your kit will typically contain:

• Blood collection tubes

• Labels and laboratory paperwork

• Return packaging

• Clinic voucher (where applicable)

• Instructions for sample collection

Please wait until your kit has arrived before booking your appointment.

Medichecks advises patients not to book their blood draw until they have received their kit.

Step 3: Access Your Clinic Booking Information

Once your order has been processed and your kit has arrived, use the booking instructions provided by Medichecks.

You can access clinic booking information through:

• Your Medichecks order confirmation email

• Your Medichecks account

• The Medichecks Clinic Finder portal

The booking instructions will direct you to available appointment times at your selected clinic.

If you cannot find your booking information, check your spam or junk folder before contacting Medichecks Customer Care.

Step 4: Get Your Appointment Booking Link from the Medichecks Portal

Once your blood test kit has arrived, log in to your Medichecks account using the email address you used when placing your order.

1. Sign in to your Medichecks account.

2. Navigate to My Account and select My Orders.

3. Open the blood test order you have purchased.

4. Scroll down to the Clinic Blood Draw section of your order.

5. Click the Book Appointment button or booking link displayed within your order.

6. You will be redirected to the Medichecks Clinic Booking Portal.

7. Select Forty Plus Nutrition, Harpenden as your clinic location.

8. Choose an available appointment date and time.

9. Confirm your booking and save your appointment confirmation.

If you cannot see a booking link:

• Check that your blood test includes a clinic blood draw.

• Ensure your blood test kit has been delivered.

• Refresh your account and reopen the order.

• Check that you are viewing the correct order.

• Contact Medichecks Customer Care if the booking button is not available.

Step 5: Prepare for Your Blood Test

Different blood tests have different preparation requirements.

Before attending your appointment:

• Read all Medichecks instructions carefully.

• Follow any fasting requirements if applicable.

• Arrive on time.
